A Family
History

Founded nearly 280 years ago, SCHRÖDER & SCHŸLER is one of the oldest family-owned houses specialised in the wine trade in Bordeaux. Yann Schÿler, the current director, is today the 8th generation of the family to lead the company.

The Schÿler family is also the owner of Château Kirwan (Margaux - Grand Cru Classé of 1855).
Just like the trading house, this prestigious château is one of the very few large properties remaining in family hands.
